Lancaster & Northumberland Counties — Hazardous and Electronics (E-Waste) Collections

Lancaster County materials will be accepted from 7:30 – 11:00 am at the Kilmarnock Refuse Center, 320 White Pine Drive, (off Rte. 200 across from Hills Quarters).

Northumberland County materials will be accepted from 1:00 – 4:30 pm  at the Horsehead Refuse Center, 11705 Northumberland Highway (Rte. 360).

Staff of Northern Neck Soil & Water Conservation District and Lancaster/Northumberland Virginia Cooperative Extension will assist the counties in the collections. Virginia State Envirothon Competition at Virginia State University, Petersburg. Northern Neck's Richmond County 4-H team will compete, having taken 3rd place overall in the April 17 Area III regional Envirothon competition in Tappahannock. NNSWCD is local sponsoring District.
